System requirements

  • Windows 10 (version 1809 / October 2018 Update) or Windows 11 — 64-bit
  • Internet connection required for AI, sign-in, credits, and updates
  • Microsoft WebView2 Runtime (usually preinstalled on Windows 10/11)
  • .NET 8 Desktop Runtime — included when you use the PatiAI installer
  • PatiAI account with verified email for full credits and device activation
  • One active Desktop session per account — signing in on another PC signs this one out
  • About 500 MB–1 GB free disk space; first advanced web scrape may download ~150–300 MB more

Good to know

  • Guest and signed-in users both get 50 free credits per day; extra usage uses prepaid credits after you top up
  • The first JavaScript-heavy web scrape may download Playwright browser components once
  • Project files stay on your PC; the cloud stores account, wallet, and usage metadata only
  • macOS and Linux builds are not available yet
